The Guarantee Fund intervenes when a tourist package, purchased on the national territory by an organizer or intermediary legally operating in accordance with current national and regional legislation, is not used in whole or in part due to the bankruptcy or insolvency of the seller.
It allows the tourist to return and the refund of the price paid for the purchase of the unused tourist package.
