The Guarantee Fund intervenes when a tourist package, purchased domestically by an organizer or intermediary legally operating under current national and regional legislation, is not enjoyed in whole or in part due to the bankruptcy or insolvency of the seller.
It allows the return of the tourist and the refund of the price paid for the purchase of the unused tourist package.
