Cooking Course at Pezze di Greco - The Wheat Experience

Our farmer will lead you into the heart of the Apulian culinary tradition, letting you literally get your hands dirty.
You will learn how to prepare the dough with semolina and flour, with just enough salt and water, giving life to the renowned orecchiette, the witty cavatelli and the more relaxed strascinate.
The lesson will be spiced up with a story dedicated to the production of the different types of wheat of the farm, with nice anecdotes linked to tradition, local history and with a good glass of wine, which pampers the heart and always stimulates creativity.
